I’ve been a creator since the art table in pre-school. Honestly, my teachers couldn’t pull me away for the life of them. That obsession with making things never really left. It led me to UNSW: Art & Design, where I studied textiles and design communications, and eventually into a 9+ year career across retail and marketing.
From the boardroom to the playroom
I’ve spent my career working my way up from Junior Designer to Design Director. I loved the "big picture" strategy—iterating on ideas, building campaigns, and obsessing over visuals.
But in early 2024, life changed. I welcomed the sweetest baby (who is now the coolest toddler in the world) into my life. While running my own creative business from my sweet, sunny townhouse in Newcastle, I realised a few things:

When I’m not knee-deep in mood boards or chatting with clients, I’m usually hanging out with my toddler, probably thinking about the next big campaign idea while we play with blocks.
